Work with global brands in the bike, apparel and healthcare industry from our Vancouver-based studio. As a valued team member, as an Agency Producer, you are pivotal to bringing wild ideas to life. You\'ve got a keen attention to detail and are an expert creative-problem solver. You can see the vision, and dissect it in a way that matches the production schedule and budget. You bring to the team advanced knowledge and understanding of post-production workflows. Not only does this mean rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in the actual production of our creative product, it also means managing the relationships that keep the wheels turning. Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• At least two to three years of experience producing or working as an assistant producer in an advertising agency or studio environment
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of creative production workflows from pre-to-post
• Commercial or agency production experience for still photography and motion
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Must have exceptional people skills and communication skills (both written and verbal), as well as active listening skills
• Technical pro\xef\xac\x81ciency in Mac Operating systems, Adobe Creative Cloud and cloud-based project management software
• Experience in estimating, budgeting, scheduling, casting, locations & permitting, crew & equipment, shoot logistics, post-production management, project close-out
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and ownership of projects
• Ability to adapt to change and remain flexible
• Strong knowledge of brand development, creating for digital, video production
