Producteur (Donn\xc3\xa9es sur les produits)

Notre Centre d\xe2\x80\x99excellence et \xc3\xa9quipe Framework est \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\xe2\x80\x99un producteur ou d\xe2\x80\x99une productrice (Donn\xc3\xa9es sur les produits). Cette personne travaillera avec plusieurs \xc3\xa9quipes centrales pour cr\xc3\xa9er et mettre en \xc5\x93uvre la planification, le mat\xc3\xa9riel de suivi et les syst\xc3\xa8mes n\xc3\xa9cessaires pour renforcer la capacit\xc3\xa9 de notre \xc3\xa9quipe de jeu \xc3\xa0 livrer des produits exceptionnels. Il s\xe2\x80\x99agit d\xe2\x80\x99un poste polyvalent et transversal visant \xc3\xa0 faire progresser et \xc3\xa0 faire \xc3\xa9voluer nos capacit\xc3\xa9s en mati\xc3\xa8re de d\xc3\xa9veloppement de jeux. * Travailler dans plusieurs fuseaux horaires, groupes commerciaux et \xc3\xa9quipes de jeu pour mener \xc3\xa0 bien diverses initiatives commerciales.

  • Collaborer avec les domaines du d\xc3\xa9veloppement et des affaires pour faciliter le rythme de fonctionnement tant pour le produit que pour le d\xc3\xa9veloppement.
  • Cr\xc3\xa9er des syst\xc3\xa8mes qui transmettent de l\xe2\x80\x99information sur l\xe2\x80\x99avancement de nos feuilles de route de produits et de services.
  • Mener des initiatives de partage des connaissances avec les \xc3\xa9quipes de jeu au moyen d\xe2\x80\x99activit\xc3\xa9s de groupe et de contenu vid\xc3\xa9o.
  • Soutenir les programmes de planification \xc3\xa0 long terme pour surveiller les indicateurs cl\xc3\xa9s de performance, et analyser les moyens d\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9liorer nos produits et notre fa\xc3\xa7on de travailler.
  • \xc3\x89laborer des tableaux de bord de partage d\xe2\x80\x99information qui rassemblent les rapports de plusieurs \xc3\xa9quipes de jeu et mettent en \xc3\xa9vidence les goulots d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tranglement dans le d\xc3\xa9veloppement.
  • En collaboration \xc3\xa9troite, cr\xc3\xa9er des solutions qui sont inclusives et qui contribuent \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9alisation des objectifs commerciaux de l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise.
  • Coordonner les r\xc3\xa9unions d\xe2\x80\x99examen du cycle de vie des d\xc3\xa9veloppeurs pour veiller \xc3\xa0 satisfaire les attentes de toutes les parties prenantes et de g\xc3\xa9rer les r\xc3\xa9sultats escompt\xc3\xa9s.
  • Travailler dans diff\xc3\xa9rents domaines commerciaux \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\xe2\x80\x99occasions d\xe2\x80\x99accro\xc3\xaetre l\xe2\x80\x99efficacit\xc3\xa9 en amont, dans le but de faciliter l\xe2\x80\x99int\xc3\xa9gration des d\xc3\xa9veloppeurs aux \xc3\xa9quipes de jeu.
  • Examiner et analyser les plans de projet pour mettre en \xc3\xa9vidence les risques li\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 la planification et assurer l\xe2\x80\x99exactitude des plans.
  • Surveiller et g\xc3\xa9rer les risques au sein des \xc3\xa9quipes de d\xc3\xa9veloppement et des \xc3\xa9quipes centrales.

Producer (Production Intelligence)

Our Centre of Excellence and Framework team is looking for a Producer, Production Intelligence. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be traversing multiple central teams to create and deliver planning, tracking materials and systems that help grow our game team\xe2\x80\x99s ability to deliver stunning games to market. This is a broad and horizontal role, that will help grow and evolve our game development capabilities. * Work across multiple time zones, business groups, and game teams to deliver a variety of business initiatives.
  • Work across development and business domains to facilitate rhythm of business for both product and development.
  • Create systems that communicate the progress of our product and service roadmaps.
  • Drive knowledge sharing initiatives across game teams through group activities and video content.
  • Support the long-term planning programs to track and monitor KPIs, together with analysis on ways to improve our products and how we work.
  • Develop information sharing dashboards that curate reporting from multiple game teams and highlight development bottlenecks.
  • With deep collaboration, create solutions that are both inclusive and further the company\xe2\x80\x99s business objectives.
  • Co-ordinate developer lifecycle review meetings ensuring all stakeholders expectations are met and expected outcomes are managed.
  • Work across business domains looking for upstream efficiency opportunities that help onboarding developers to game teams.
  • Review and analyze project plans to highlight planning risks and ensure plan accuracy.
  • Track and manage risks across development teams and central teams.
  • Support PCFF teams in planning rituals and augment the production team as needed.
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • Au moins 3 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un poste de production ou de gestion de programme dans l\xe2\x80\x99industrie du jeu vid\xc3\xa9o (ou 5 ans en TI ou en animation 3D).

  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience avec le processus de d\xc3\xa9veloppement multiplateforme pour un jeu AAA.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a production role or program management in the gaming industry (or 5y in IT/3D Animation)
  • Excel, Jira and PowerBI experience, capable of creating planning solutions and KPI tracking
  • Experience in AAA multi-platform development process.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Good presentation skills at all levels of elevation, from game team to Executive Leadership.
  • Knowledge and demonstrable skill in Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
  • Extremely strong problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Excellent teamwork, focus on contributing to good working relationships throughout the team.
  • Ability to work effectively with people with different specializations and backgrounds.
  • Understanding of end-user needs and expectations.
  • High work ethic and self-motivated.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Scripting skills in VBA and SQL
