You will report to the Line Producer.Responsibilities:Be the product owner for the player onboarding journey and its related featuresBe the product owner for the game narrative and its related featuresLead cross-discipline pod groups as pod owner to achieve milestone deliverables on time and to target quality levelsPartner with development directors to manage production roadmaps, development priorities and release planningAlign with project leadership to achieve our creative vision and a fun player experiencePartner with research and product management to gather user data and guide feature iteration throughout developmentCommunicate goals, results and risks to project leadership and the teamSolve production issues to improve team efficiencyQualifications:You have at least 5 years of production experience in game developmentYou have served as product owner for narrative and onboarding feature developmentYou have worked in a live and data informed production environmentYou understand Agile development processes and how these teams operateYou enjoy being a leader and an advocate for your areas of ownershipCeci ne s\'applique pas au QuebecBC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. \xc2\xba $126,000 - $176,300 CAN AnnuallyBase salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
