What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do The successful candidate will be responsible for category strategy development, competitive sourcing execution, supplier contract management, and supplier performance management for indirect categories (e.g., marketing, temp labor, professional services) across international markets. Additional key responsibilities include:
  • Develop category strategy and implement sourcing activities across indirect categories for international markets
  • Proactively identify and evaluate risks and opportunities for Mark Anthony Brands\' indirect categories and implement key changes for continuous improvement
  • Lead category strategy and sourcing process development to improve investment value in indirect categories (e.g., agencies, media, POS) for international regions as well as global categories
  • Define indirect supplier performance metrics by category and conduct annual review to ensure suppliers are performing at expected quality and service standards
  • Proactively manage vendor contract life cycle to prepare for contract renegotiations, extensions, or renewals
  • Own the implementation of sourcing plans and strategies across indirect categories (e.g., creative, advertisements, media, marketing technology, professional services)
  • Identify potential procurement tools and technology to improve internal capabilities and conduct cost / benefit analysis
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields
  • 5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in distribution, importing and manufacturing
  • Experience in the beverage alcohol or FMCG industry
  • Knowledge of sourcing process for indirect spend categories, including supplier management best practices and competitive bidding (e.g., RFI, RFP, RFQ) processes as well as supply market dynamics
  • Experience with eSourcing tools (e.g., Coupa, Jaggaer) and high proficiency in MS Office
Who you are
  • Excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture and can deal with ambiguity
  • Have the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a Procurement context
  • Acquired supply chain certifications such as ISM
  • Have a proven track record of growing responsibility in procurement for indirect categories
