What we expect from you! The purpose of this position is to handle all purchasing of food and restaurant related items. The role works in collaboration with the General Manager, Chefs and Commissary team. You will play a key role in starting and maintaining professional relationships with our purveyors as well as ensuring accountability of timely and accurate invoices. The Procurement Manager is the bridge between the culinary team and the business operations behind the scenes.
