Part-Time Administrative & Bindery Assistant

.

About the Role:



This is a dual-role position combining general administrative duties with hands-on support in our bindery department. You'll help keep our front office running smoothly while assisting with finishing tasks on print jobs as needed.

Duties



Greeting customers and answering phones Processing orders and managing paperwork Scheduling and basic data entry Assisting with bindery tasks such as cutting, folding, stapling, and packaging Keeping work areas clean and organized Supporting the team with general tasks as required

Skills



Hard working Customer service oriented Able to learn new skills Attention to detail
