Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Finishing Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the printing process. This role requires a strong understanding of printing techniques and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Operate various types of printing machinery Monitor the printing process to ensure consistency and quality of output. Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may occur during production. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

Proficiency in operating printing and binding equipment, like cutters, Duplo, Folding equipment, including knowledge of digital and offset printing processes. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively. Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and understanding job requirements. Basic computer skills for job setup and monitoring print runs. Familiarity with color management techniques is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
