Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and creative

Print Production Assistant

with strong graphic design skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, experience preparing files for print, and the ability to operate professional printing equipment. This role combines hands-on production with creative design, offering an exciting opportunity to grow in both areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Roland printers, laminators, and Graphtec plotters to produce banners, stickers, decals, and apparel. Create engaging and innovative designs for print, digital, and social media platforms. Prepare and optimize files for production, ensuring accuracy and quality. Produce high-quality graphics using Adobe Creative Suite. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Desired Skills:

Hands-on experience with digital printing equipment. Knowledge of package design. Basic machining or fabrication skills. Ability to bring creative concepts into physical production.
