As we continue to grow, we're looking for passionate team players who are excited to help shape the visual language of our brand across packaging, retail, and digital platforms.

We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support our Lead Designer across a range of exciting design projects. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience who's eager to grow and work in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design and production of packaging for Canadian and U.S. products Create sales tools such as sell sheets, digital assets, and physical retailer materials Update menus and assist with the development of social media content (static and video) Work extensively with vector files, ensuring proper preparation for print production Maintain and update image libraries and design files to ensure consistency and accessibility Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns aligned with brand goals Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and project requirements Support multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality

Requirements

A degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field 1-2 years of experience working in a graphic design role (agency or in-house) Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop Strong understanding of graphic design principles and experience working with die lines Ability to update design files and maintain image libraries Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks Strong communication and teamwork skills A portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous work

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in packaging design and print production Familiarity with both Canadian and U.S. market design standards Experience designing retail assets, in-store signage, and menu boards Experience with social media content creation (both static and video) Comfortable working with strain images and branded product photography Knowledge of designing for TV menus or digital display boards Retail design experience preferred
