Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bindery Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining bindery equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of print production processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Experience

Must be able to operate guillotine cutters Must be able to operate folding equipment similar to MBO or Baum pile fed folders Must be able to operate Heidelberg Cylinder or Windmill die cut press Must be able to operate small bindery equipment such as Corner Master, Graphic Wizard creaser and 3 head drills. Experience or willingness to learn wide format bindery with tasks such as trimming decals, mounting vinyl to coroplast and foam core as well as roll laminating using Royal Sovereign or similar Must be able to understand work order specifications and work under minimal supervision Must be able to set up and run indicated equipment Assist offset lead pressman during busy season
This position is for a skill journeyman bindery operator. Only candidates who have the required experience will be contacted. Senior bindery staff will be expected to be able to set up and operate machinery with minimal training and supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
