At Minuteman Press East Vancouver, we are a full-service print and marketing company providing high-quality products and outstanding service since 2011. We are now looking for a skilled Print Production Operator & Graphic Designer who can also handle customer service tasks as part of our team.

This role is hands-on with digital presses, large-format printers, and prepress software, while also requiring strong graphic design skills (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). In addition, you will assist customers by phone, email, and in person--helping them with orders, questions, and project details.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain digital and large-format print equipment. Prepare, check, and troubleshoot files for print (prepress). Design and edit customer files using Adobe Creative Suite. Assist customers: answer calls/emails, provide quotes, and take orders. Ensure high-quality production and accurate job setup.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ year experience in digital/large-format print production and prepress. Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude. Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team. Customer service experience is an asset, but print production skills are essential.
