Reporting to the Pricing and Sourcing Manager, the Pricing and Sourcing Coordinator will implement and optimize pricing and sourcing activities to deploy strategic initiatives in line with business goals and market conditions. In this role, you will provide basic insights and analysis in regards to pricing, provide sound pricing recommendations and work cross-functionally with several teams across the organization. Responsibilities & Duties:

• Prepare, analyze, and recommend optimal pricing for key customer bids and marketing promotions
• Support product managers and sales team by providing feedback and approvals for daily pricing requests and quotations
• Implement pricing strategies through participation in periodical contract and catalog prices updates
• Track, monitor and advise Manager about pricing violations and low margin sales
• Establish, review, and maintain pricing structures, and define requirements for new pricing initiatives
• Ensure agreed upon pricing is accurately maintained and appropriately reflected in various systems
• Actively participate in ongoing projects, attend meetings, liaise with internal customers and provide reporting and analysis when required
• Handle routine administrative updates to support to the team and escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders
• Support change management initiatives across the broader business in relation to pricing and supply chain
• Analyze procurement cost increases and provide recommended pricing change and implement updates when needed
• Request quotes for new products, negotiate and follow up with customers and suppliers
• Process individual customer sourcing requests, identify new products to introduce to the Company portfolio and facilitate in the product introduction lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain or Business Administration
• One (1) to two (2) years experience in a similar role or have completed an internship
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, Team and Excel) required
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required
• Experience working in Syspro and analyzing PowerBi considered an asset
• Ability to analyze and interpret figures and reports
• Ability to perform routine duties autonomously
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry a strong asset
• Excellent negotiation and influence skills
• Excellent communication skills required; fluent English & French (oral & written). This position requires communication with stakeholders and suppliers based across Canada and the United States.
