$42,000 - $45,000 annually + 4% Vacation Pay

hands-on Prep Manager
to lead our prep team and keep our kitchen running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Oversee and participate in daily prep: boiling/cooking potatoes, chickpeas, noodles, and vegetables.
Manage sauce production, patty forming/breading, paneer cutting, and portioning.
Operate prep equipment (kettles, mixers, slicers, choppers) safely and efficiently.
Lead, schedule, and train a team of 4 prep staff.
Ensure food safety, FIFO labeling, and sanitation standards are met at all times.
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and equipment care in the prep kitchen.
What We're Looking For
Food Safe Level 1 required
(Level 2 preferred).
3+ years of culinary or commercial kitchen prep experience.
Previous leadership/supervisory experience in a kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of prep techniques (boiling, chopping, breading, patty forming, sauces).
Ability to work hands-on in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.
Organized, reliable, and able to lead a team with consistency.
