We are seeking a
Head Chef / Kitchen Manager
who can:
Organize and lead the kitchen team
Create new brunch, pastry, and catering menu items
Motivate staff toward more efficient and creative work
Manage staffing and scheduling based on business needs
Oversee inventory control and implement strategies to reduce food waste
Ensure high food quality, cost control, and smooth kitchen operations
Collaborate with the front-of-house team for cohesive service
