Duties

Schedule and coordinate service appointments for powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft Communicate effectively with customers to understand their service needs and provide updates on repair status Collaborate with the powersports technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work orders Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history within dealership management systems Assist in diagnosing basic mechanical issues by understanding technician reports and customer descriptions Support the sales team by providing technical insights on vehicle features and repair capabilities Ensure all safety protocols are followed during vehicle handling, including heavy lifting and the use of power tools

Requirements

Previous dealership experience or background in powersports or automotive service environments Hands-on experience as a service technician or mechanic, with knowledge of powersports diagnostics and repairs Mechanical knowledge of powersports vehicles, including engine systems, suspension, brakes, and assembly processes Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and heavy lifting safety procedures Familiarity with vehicle maintenance procedures such as brake repair, suspension adjustments, and general repairs Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple service schedules Basic understanding of powersports repair documentation and inventory management systems
