What You'll Do
Greet customers and intake powersport equipment for service.
Assess equipment condition and provide clear repair recommendations.
Create and manage work orders, schedule service jobs, and keep customers informed.
Order parts promptly and maintain accurate inventory.
Ensure all repairs meet Yard Gear's quality standards.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Maintain accurate records and process invoices/payments.
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of powersport equipment and mechanical terminology (preferred).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Basic computer skills for work order and inventory systems.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
1-2 years of RV or powersports experience (preferred).

Working Conditions
Standing for prolonged periods.
