Job Description
We're looking for a Potato Farm Supervisor to take a hands-on role in our farm operations. You'll lead shop activities related to the potato planting and harvesting equipment. In the field, under the direction of the Potato Operations Lead, you will oversee and participate in potato planting, harvest and irrigation--while leading a team and keeping projects running smoothly from spring through winter.
What You'll Do
Lead potato planting and harvest crews. Manage potato-specific equipment and shop workflow. Assist with irrigation setup and troubleshooting. Support grain operations and operate a variety of farm equipment. Supervise and train staff and seasonal workers.
Requirements
Valid driver's license. 1A preferred. Agricultural, mechanical, or equipment operations background. Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting skills. Experience operating irrigation and modern farm machinery. Leadership, communication, and team management skills. Willingness to work outdoors and put in seasonal overtime.
