EPIC Market is looking for an exceptional Operations and Events Manager to join our growing team and lead our vibrant venue. As a key leader within the business, this role will oversee the daily operations, lead our dedicated team, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. What You'll Do:



Operational Leadership:

Oversee all daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the venue, including ordering, scheduling, event coordination, and customer service.

Team Management & Culture Fit:

Lead, mentor, and coach a diverse team of staff to ensure efficiency and high service standards. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes open communication, inclusivity, and respect across both front and back-of-house teams.

Guest Experience:

Ensure the highest level of service to customers, stepping in to manage guest relations, resolve issues, and provide exceptional experiences at all touchpoints across the venue.

Coordination with Back-of-House:

Act as a key connection point between front-of-house and back-of-house management, ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and collaboration across all teams.

Event Coordination:

Plan, organize, and execute events that align with EPIC Market's mission, coordinating staff and resources for seamless delivery and ensuring a top-notch guest experience.

Systems & Procedures Development:

Develop and implement operational systems and procedures that ensure efficiency, consistency, and a high standard of service throughout both the front and back of house.

Technology Management:

Oversee the use of POS systems and other technology within the venue, ensuring seamless operation and troubleshooting as necessary.

Problem Solving:

Identify operational challenges and provide viable solutions independently, working within the constraints of the business to maintain smooth operations.

What You'll Bring:



Proven experience in a leadership or management role within the hospitality or events industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team while fostering a positive, collaborative culture. Strong experience with operational systems, POS systems, and technology management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate across departments. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions independently and manage challenges with a calm, practical approach. Flexibility and adaptability to handle the evolving nature our business and of the hospitality and events industry.
