We are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and programming logic controllers, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain automated systems. The PLC Programmer will work closely with engineers and technicians to develop, implement, and optimize control systems that enhance production capabilities.

Responsibilities

Design, program, and test PLC logic controllers for various automated systems. Maintain and troubleshoot existing PLC systems to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineering teams to fabricate and implement control solutions for CNC machinery. Utilize AutoCAD for creating and modifying electrical schematics and layouts. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving technical issues promptly. Detect and diagnose faults in electrical systems, ensuring timely repairs or adjustments are made. Document all programming changes and maintenance activities for future reference. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in PLC technology to enhance skill sets.

Requirements

Proven experience as a PLC Programmer or similar role in an industrial setting. Strong electrical knowledge with the ability to maintain complex machinery. Familiarity with CNC programming and operation is highly desirable. Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting electrical diagrams. Solid mechanical knowledge to understand the interaction between hardware components. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail for detecting issues within systems. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to effectively relay technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
