by applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Plant Manager:





Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing plant while ensuring the safety of its employees and a safe environment free of all risks Ensure optimal execution of operations by achieving targets in terms of occupational health and safety, production capacity, standardization of operating costs and quality Lead compliance with Cascades' business processes in the plant, in accordance with established business rules and best practices Develop and execute investment and asset maintenance plans, and meet return on investment targets Lead employee relations by fostering engagement, driving talent management initiatives, and providing coaching to support employee development and career growth Establish performance standards (availability, efficiency, OEE) in collaboration with the General Manager Collaborate in the implementation of optimization projects specific to your unit Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure the sustainability of Lean Manufacturing best practices
