We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Overseeing the entire production process, from raw materials to finished products, ensuring production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
Staff Management:
Recruiting, training, and managing plant staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Process Optimization:
Developing and implementing strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality and safety.
Safety Compliance:
Enforcing safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
Maintenance Management:
Overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.
Inventory Management:
Managing inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring adequate supply to meet production demands.
Strategic Planning:
Contributing to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve overall plant performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong leadership and management skills.
