Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Grain Cleaning Plant Manager to oversee operations at our state-of-the-art facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing plant operations, ensuring product quality, maintaining equipment, and leading a dedicated team to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:

Oversee daily plant operations, including product intake, cleaning, and shipping processes. Experience in handling a bagger is an asset

Team Leadership:

Supervise, train, and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and safety.

Quality Control:

Ensure all products meets quality standards and complies with industry regulations.

Equipment Maintenance:

Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure all machinery operates efficiently and downtime is minimized.

Safety Compliance:

Implement and enforce workplace safety protocols and regulatory compliance measures.

Production Planning:

Develop and execute production schedules to meet customer demands.

Budget Management:

Monitor operational costs and manage budgets effectively.

Reporting:

Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in a plant management role, preferably in the agricultural or grain industry.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of grain cleaning equipment, processes, and quality control standards.

Leadership:

Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.

Problem-Solving:

Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Flexibility:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $26.00-$40.00 per hour
