Welding & Fitting Expertise

: Ensure welding and fitting work is up to spec and help troubleshoot any technical issues in these areas when they arise.

Safety Leadership

: Promote a safety-first mentality in the plant. Ensure all staff follow proper safety procedures and guidelines. You'll be the go-to person for safety issues.

Troubleshooting

: You'll address and solve issues quickly--whether it's a technical problem on the shop floor or a logistical hiccup with production.

Process Improvement

: Continuously look for ways to improve workflow, reduce waste, and boost overall efficiency without compromising safety or quality.

Collaboration

: Work closely with senior management, engineers, and sales teams to ensure smooth communication across departments.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience

in a similar plant or production management role, ideally in

processes, and the ability to troubleshoot and ensure quality work in these areas Strong understanding of

shop workflow, scheduling

, and

processes Proven leadership skills: You know how to manage a team, foster a positive culture, and earn respect A

strong sense of safety

: You have a deep understanding of plant safety regulations, and you make sure your team follows them every day Comfortable with production tracking tools or systems (we'll train you on ours if needed) Good communication skills and a solid organizational mindset -- you're able to stay on top of the details without micromanaging

Nice to Have (but not required):
