Duties
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and safety standards.
Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, for efficient cash handling and transaction processing.
Supervise staff, providing leadership and guidance to enhance team performance.
Conduct interviews and hire new team members as needed, fostering a positive work environment.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in both front-of-house and kitchen areas.
Implement food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
Train staff on food handling procedures and best practices in hospitality.
Experience
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry is essential.
