Freshslice Pizza is one of Canada's fastest-growing pizza chains, known for its delicious, affordable pizza, freshly made dough, and commitment to excellent customer service. We're looking for a motivated and hands-on to Responsibilities
Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, food preparation, and service.
Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance and excellent customer service.
Ensure compliance with Freshslice standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
Manage scheduling, payroll submissions, and labor costs within budget.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and minimize waste and shortages.
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Drive sales by motivating staff, implementing promotions, and maintaining high service standards.
Ensure adherence to company policies, cash handling procedures, and health & safety regulations.
Report daily/weekly performance metrics to the Area Manager or Franchise Owner.
Qualifications-
Previous experience in food service or retail management (pizza/quick service restaurant experience is an asset).
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling, reporting).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
