We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with a focus on restaurant management and team leadership. Duties
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high-quality standards.
Supervise staff, providing training and guidance in food handling, customer service, and cash handling practices.
Utilize POS systems, including Micros POS, for efficient transaction processing and inventory management.
Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a strong workforce.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store while adhering to food safety regulations.
Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and communication.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated skills in team management and leadership.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
Experience with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is preferred.
Background in hospitality or barista experience is a plus.
