We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/ Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support within a healthcare environment, ensuring smooth operations and excellent patient care.

Duties



Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records accurately. Coordinate communication between healthcare providers, patients, and administrative staff. Ensure the reception area is well-organized and welcoming for all visitors. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Assist with patient care activities as needed, ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols. Assistance to Physiotherapist.

Experience



Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred. Knowledge of Universal Software. Proficiency in medical terminology to facilitate effective communication within the team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients, families, and staff members. Pay: From $17.50 per hour
