Clinic Locations
We currently operate two well-established clinics in Scarborough and Richmond Hill. Beginning in Fall 2025, we will be expanding with five new locations to support continued growth and community needs.

We are currently seeking a
Physiotherapist
to join our Family Health Team.
Terms:
Full Time Permanent / Part Time Permanent / Casual
Responsibilities:
Provide community-based physiotherapy services within full scope of practices outlined by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, including but not limited to assessment, diagnosis and education intervention
Diagnose and assist diverse clients with acute and chronic health conditions and rehabilitation needs, from the lens of chronic disease prevention and management
Provide physiotherapy services independently and within a team, including rehabilitation assistants
Ensuring practice is consistent with professional standards and the ethical framework as outlined by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and organizational policy, practice and values
Demonstrating commitment to professional life long learning by participating in continuing education activities to meet the needs of the patient population served and the standards of the profession
Performing reflective practice, analyzing and evaluating physiotherapy knowledge and modifying practice accordingly to improve the quality of patient care
Performing cross-functional and other responsibilities, as assigned and/or requested
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation adhering to agency standards
Participate actively in program development and evaluation
Requirements:
Master of Science in Physiotherapy or equivalent
Registration and licensed to practice (in good standing) with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario
3 years related clinical experience in the community setting
Valid First Aid & CPR certification
Demonstrated capability to plan and recommend continued self-care programs
Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
Shown capacity to make independent judgment and work without supervision
Proficiency in English; a second language reflecting local community, such as Cantonese, is an asset
Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle for business purposes
Current vulnerable sector check (completed within one year)
