Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role involves providing effective pest management solutions for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. We are looking for an immediate start and looking for 2 people.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine the best course of action. Apply pest control treatments using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery as necessary. Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and the importance of regular maintenance. Maintain accurate records of services performed, including products used and areas treated. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions regarding pest control methods. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and safety regulations related to pest control.

Requirements

Previous experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required. 2 years or more experience is a must . Strong sales skills to effectively communicate service benefits to clients. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery relevant to pest control activities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Must possess a valid driver's license.
