Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality pest control services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform pest inspections, identify infestations, and determine treatment solutions.

Apply chemical and non-chemical treatments to eliminate pests safely and effectively.

Advise clients on pest prevention measures and provide aftercare instructions.

Maintain accurate service records and complete required paperwork.

Comply with all provincial and federal regulations, including WorkSafeBC and pesticide handling guidelines.

Safely operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid BC driver's license with a clean driving record.

Valid BC Pest Control License.

Ability to obtain or currently hold a valid pesticide applicator license in BC.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Physically fit and capable of lifting 50 lbs and working in various environments (indoors/outdoors, tight spaces, heights, etc.).

Previous pest control experience is an asset but not required--training provided.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
