About the Role

A dynamic position combining personal support with real estate staging and design assistance. You'll help manage household tasks while also supporting staging projects, inventory, and events.

Key Responsibilities

Run errands, shopping, and returns Assist with childcare and family logistics Manage household projects and organizational tasks Support real estate staging projects (setup, styling, takedown) Maintain and organize staging inventory and warehouse Provide design input and creative support for staging and events Assist with occasional business or administrative tasks
Qualifications

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Recent police background check required Physically able to lift and move furniture and staging pieces Strong organizational and time-management skills Flexible and comfortable managing shifting priorities Positive, proactive attitude and attention to detail Interest in design and interiors is a strong asset Previous experience in personal assistant roles, staging, design, or household management is an asset
