We are looking for a dynamic and driven
Store Manager, Marketing Coordinator, And Personal Assistant to the Founder
to join our growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a strong background in retail management, marketing, and business operations--someone who thrives wearing many hats and is excited to be part of a brand poised for meaningful expansion.
This position could be part time or full time, depending on your fit and vision. Commission based compensation available if measurable sales outcomes are part of the role.
Your Role
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder and play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management and long-term strategic growth of Kiwi. You'll oversee store operations, assist with wellness program development, execute marketing initiatives, and support the founder in scaling the business.
Responsibilities -
Retail Operations & Team Leadership
Manage day-to-day pharmacy front-end operations
Lead and inspire a small, passionate team
Maintain inventory, merchandising, and supplier communications
Ensure exceptional client experience and wellness-focused service
Marketing & Brand Development
Collaborate on monthly promotions, wellness campaigns, and social media content
Help implement educational marketing (IG, Castanet, email, print materials)
Assist in launching new programs, memberships, and branded services
Maintain website updates and product listings (via Shopify or similar platforms)
Founder Support & Special Projects
Act as right-hand to the founder--manage calendars, coordinate events, follow up on key business initiatives
Contribute creatively to new product launches and strategic planning
Support logistics for workshops, practitioner partnerships, and wellness collaborations

Requirements
2+ years experience in retail, pharmacy, hospitality, wellness, or a related business environment
Background in marketing, sales, or personal assistance preferred
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently
Must be local to Kelowna, BC, and available to work in person
