Job Overview:
Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the company founder. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, easygoing, flexible, with a good sense of humour. Be able to help with basic video recording, transcribing lectures into training modules, be proficient in various office software, and possess strong multitasking abilities. Discretion, social awareness and being professional during formal events, is of the essence. You will spend the majority of work hours in my home, working alongside me. There is travel involved with seminars and presentations globally. This is a full-time position. Duties:
- Manage the executive\'s calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls and take messages with proper phone etiquette
- Assist with office tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining supplies
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Utilize software such as QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Familiarity with DocuSign for document signing purposes -Willing to help with recording online training sessions (Zoom), seminars, lectures and transcribe contents into documents, modules, training manuals. - Be flexible and able to travel with owner to seminars, assisting with presentations. - At times evening work required to meet deadlines for events (not often, but it happens). Experience:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems Please note that positions are paid, including internship positions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$30.33 per hour Expected hours: 20 \xe2\x80\x93 40 per week Benefits:
