Our client, located in north Edmonton, is looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant for a one-year term.

As the Executive/Personal Assistant, you will manage the President & CEO\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s schedule, handle correspondence, and provide both professional and personal support. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and effective time management.Executive Administration and Personal Support Responsibilities:

  • Manage the President & CEO\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s calendar, expense reports, and correspondence.
  • Handle and redirect emails, respond on behalf of the President & CEO when needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and make arrangements as well as attend meetings, take meeting minutes and follow up items.
  • Track and prioritize goals, understand organizational operations, and maintain files.
  • Manage personal appointments, reservations, and event planning.
  • Consolidate monthly financials for a holding company.
  • Arrange all business travel, including flights and accommodation and adjust travel plans as necessary.
  • Provide general administrative assistance and support team members with overflow tasks and projects.
The successful candidate has:
  • 10+ years of administrative experience, including as an Executive Assistant to a C-suite executive.
  • Excellent business acumen and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Exceptional written communication skills are required, with a strong ability to produce clear, professional, and accurate documentation.
  • A post-secondary education in business administration is an asset.
  • Experience in marketing and written work is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Compensation and benefits:
  • The discussed salary range is $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.

  • 3 weeks holidays
