With more than 120 service trucks on the road, we field a large volume of calls every day from people all over the Lower Mainland that need our help with their plumbing, drainage, heating and air conditioning service.

As our company continues to grow, we need to add more people to our award-winning team! We are seeking a full-time

Permits Coordinator

to help meet the needs of our customers. We are looking to fill this position immediately.

What you'll do

Prepare, complete and submit permit applications for plumbing, gas, electrical, and HVAC to local municipalities or regulatory authorities. Ensure all documentations are accurate and up to date Maintain a detailed log of all active permits and follow up to ensure timely approval Schedule and coordinate inspections as required Communicate with technicians, customers and inspectors regarding inspection appointments

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills Familiarity with municipal permitting systems is an asset Basic understanding of plumbing, gas and HVAC systems are an asset Good communication and problem solving skills
