DescriptionPermanent Warehouse Operations Manager in Mississauga
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Benefits after 3 months
Salary: $80,000
3 weeks' vacation

- Responsible for all day-to-day management and operations of the warehouse
- Order management and purchasing
- Supervising and monitoring employee performance, offering guidance and identifying areas of improvement
- Providing training and overseeing the orientation of new employees
- Ensuring that team members meet performance expectations
- Organizing workflow and ensuring that team members understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Managing shipments coming into the warehouse
- 5 years experience of Supervisory/Managerial experience in Warehouse Operations leading a team of 10+
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Fulfillment
- Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
