En tant que coordonnateur des ressources humaines et de la culture, vous \xc3\xaates responsable de soutenir le cycle de vie des employ\xc3\xa9s, y compris le recrutement, la coordination de l\'int\xc3\xa9gration des nouveaux employ\xc3\xa9s, les transferts, les d\xc3\xa9parts et le partenariat avec les autres membres de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe et les autres services pour s\'assurer que nous offrons une exp\xc3\xa9rience enrichissante \xc3\xa0 nos employ\xc3\xa9s. Votre impact :

En tant que membre de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe des op\xc3\xa9rations RH, vous serez le principal point de contact pour les questions g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rales des employ\xc3\xa9s concernant la politique et les proc\xc3\xa9dures de l\'entreprise li\xc3\xa9es aux ressources humaines et aux talents, tout en dirigeant les employ\xc3\xa9s vers les \xc3\xa9quipes appropri\xc3\xa9es si n\xc3\xa9cessaire. As the People and Culture (P&C) Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the employee life cycle, including supporting recruitment, coordination of onboarding of new hires, transfers, departures and partnering with other team members and departments to ensure that we are providing a fulfilled People experience to our talent. Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner, you will represent the media agencies that you are supporting as well as the People Team internally and externally, exemplifying our values in all interactions.

Your Impact:

As part of the People Operations team, you will be the main point of contact for general employee questions regarding company policy and procedures related to Human Resources and Talent, while also directing employees to the appropriate teams if needed. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate and engage in projects, programs and initiatives related to:
