We offer a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with opportunities for professional growth, recognition, and advancement.Job descriptionWe currently have a full-time position available for a Payroll and Group Benefits Administrator at our Hartland location, NB.The Payroll and Group Benefits Administrator will report to the Payroll Manager and be responsible for processing payroll and administering employee benefits.Key responsibilities and requirements:

  • Processing weekly payroll for 300+ employees.
  • Ensuring accurate, timely payroll and benefits submissions.
  • Maintaining payroll records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Supporting new hire payroll onboarding.
  • Administering health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits.
  • Handling benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Preparing ROEs, T4s, and other payroll documents.
  • Addressing employee payroll and group benefits inquiries.
  • Performing monthly wage and premium audits.
  • Conducting benefits orientation and education sessions.
  • Ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping for all payroll and benefits-related activities.
  • Assisting with special projects and various payroll/administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
  • At least one year of relevant experience or an equivalent mix of education and training.
  • Strong time management skills and flexibility in handling changing priorities.
  • Ability to work with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills (numeric and alpha-numeric).
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities using sound judgment.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Capable of producing high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Schedule:\xc2\xb7 Monday to Friday\xc2\xb7 8:00 am \xe2\x80\x93 5:00 pm (40 hours per week)Benefits:
