Listening to its customers and at the forefront of the market, COGIR Immobilier offers a dynamic, innovative and personalized service to its customers.About You: The person we are looking for has some payroll and benefit experience, strong attention to detail, a customer-service focus and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.The ideal candidate would have: Prior payroll and benefit administration experience, preferable Strong attention to detail Dependable, flexible and adaptable personality Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word and Excel SkillsPosition Overview: This role is responsible for performing all aspects of payroll and benefits administration on a day-to-day basis for 4-8 properties (half done each week) ensuring a high level of accuracy and customer service. This position is Monday-Wednesday (including stat holidays) 7.5 hours per day, onsite (remote work not possible) with the potential for more hours and accounting duties.Main tasks include: Payroll Services Prepare and input payroll and benefits Prepare Records of Employment Download and email payroll reports Track sickness and vacation accruals Complete Year-end balancing and issuance of T4'sBusiness Support Respond to employee and outside agency inquiries Administer benefits packages Assistance with Accounts Payable & Cheque Runs Other duties as assignedTo apply - Email Cover Letter & Resume Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
