SAPSOL Technologies Inc. is seeking a part-time onsite Bookkeeper with proven QuickBooks and accounting expertise to maintain fully audit-ready financial records. The role demands ownership of daily bookkeeping, ledger accuracy, reconciliations, and month-end compliance, while also supporting vendor coordination and facility management.

Core Responsibilities
Daily Responsibilities:
Reconcile 100% of bank transactions in QuickBooks
Save and upload proof of reconciliation (PDF or screenshot)
Generate and post daily income invoices
Match income transactions and update accounts receivable
Map all bank debits to vendor expense invoices and update accounts payable
Validate HST entries and ensure tax accuracy on all transactions
Submit daily summary reports for bank reconciliation, invoicing, AR, and AP
Weekly Responsibilities:
Reconcile AR/AP ledgers
Categorize and validate weekly expenses
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for any outstanding issues
Monthly Responsibilities (Month-End SOP - Must Be Completed in Full):
Complete and finalize all bank reconciliations
Ensure all invoices, receipts, and vouchers are recorded and backed up
Match supporting documentation to each transaction
Validate and finalize HST/payable entries
Generate and organize the following audit-ready reports:
Bank Reconciliation (PDF)
Invoice Register
AR/AP Aging Reports
HST Summary
Voucher/Receipt Backup Folder
QuickBooks Audit Trail Export
Administrative & Infrastructure Coordination:
Liaise with vendors for billing, documentation, and payment follow-ups
Support office-related financial tasks (utilities, lease, maintenance)
Ensure timely resolution of infrastructure issues with relevant vendors

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
100% daily bank reconciliation accuracy
All entries timely, categorized, and backed by documentation
Month-end SOP fully completed with audit-ready reports
Efficient and professional vendor/admin coordination
Accurate tracking of invoices and reconciled transactions

Qualifications:
2-3 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online/Desktop)
Deep understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Strong organizational and audit-preparation skills
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting
Excellent communication and time management
Experience with vendor and infrastructure coordination is an asset

What We Offer:
Hourly Rate: C$25.00 - C$30.00, based on experience
Fixed part-time schedule: 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
