Are you a QuickBooks pro, who enjoys data entry and is looking for a part-time role? We have just the position! We are seeking a part-time Quickbooks Assistant to join our dynamic team at AptPay Inc. This role is essential in supporting our operations and ensuring that our accounts payable and accounts receivable processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks software.
Perform data entry for accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
Reconcile invoices and monitor financial discrepancies.
Collaborate with team members to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency.
Requirements
Proficient in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop versions)
Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
