Job Description

MV Property Services is seeking a reliable, hands-on property manager and maintenance coordinator to support the daily operations of our rental properties. This role is ideal for someone who is handy, organized, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks--from showing properties and conducting inspections to troubleshooting minor repairs and assisting with lawn care when needed.

The right candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable using modern software and mobile apps to track work and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Show rental properties to prospective tenants Perform move-in and move-out inspections and document unit conditions Diagnose minor maintenance issues and complete basic repairs when possible Coordinate contractors and respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Upload and manage inspection notes and photos for internal records Assist with occasional lawn care and exterior upkeep Maintain clear, organized records of tenant interactions, maintenance work, and property updates Ensure units meet cleanliness and safety standards before tenant occupancy Communicate respectfully and professionally with tenants, owners, and vendors
Requirements:

Handy and comfortable using tools for minor repairs and property upkeep Experience in property management, maintenance, or a customer service role is an asset Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong time management and organizational skills Comfortable using mobile apps and software to manage tasks and track progress Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team Willing to assist with outdoor work such as grass cutting when needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$26.08 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday On call Weekends as needed
