Responsibilities

Clean and prepare

residential and vacation rental properties

to a high standard, including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.
Perform

turnover cleanings

for short-term rentals, ensuring properties are guest-ready on time.
Handle laundry, including washing, drying, and replacing linens and towels for vacation rental units.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any restocking needs.
Inspect properties for any maintenance issues or damages and report them promptly.
Use cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Work efficiently within

tight turnaround times

to meet check-in deadlines for vacation rentals.
Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong

attention to detail

Experience in

residential, hotel, or vacation rental cleaning

(preferred but not required).
Comfortable with

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.17-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
