Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support
Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Help prepare employee contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Track attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
Administrative Support
Manage office supplies and maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
Prepare correspondence, reports, and basic spreadsheets.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and company events.
Assist management with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Diploma or certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in HR or administrative support.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft 365, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
Experience using HR systems or databases.
Basic knowledge of employment standards and HR best practices.
