Job Summary:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Motorcycle Parts to Service Liaison is responsible for ensuring smooth communication and workflow between the Parts Department, Service Technicians, and our valued customers. This role is essential to keeping the Service Department running efficiently and delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Positive, enthusiastic and passionate attitude toward the automotive industry
Previous dealership or automotive experience is an asset
A minimum of 1 year in a service advisor role is preferred
Valid Class 5 Driver's License upon employment

The job:
Be the liaison between Parts, Service Technicians, and customers
Source and coordinate parts required for scheduled and ongoing service work
Handle all customer and supplier interactions
Creating, maintaining, and improving relationships with customers
Maintain accurate documentation of service and parts used in repair orders
Accurately document all processes and vehicle conditions
Ensure smooth job flow between diagnostics, parts fulfillment, and repair
Support technicians by ensuring timely delivery and tracking of required parts
Ensure customers are aware of all services and time needed for their vehicle
