Automotive Parts and Service Advisor
to join our growing team and help deliver an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and professionally.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
Advise customers on necessary and recommended services based on the vehicle condition.
Provide accurate cost and time estimates for repairs and services.
Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service repairs.
Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle.
Maintain detailed records of services, repairs, and customer interactions.
Assist customers in identifying the correct parts and accessories for their vehicle.
Create parts quotes and invoices for retail and wholesale customers.
Check parts availability, place orders, and manage inventory stock and returns.
Collaborate with service technicians and provide timely delivery of needed parts.
Process transactions accurately and ensure proper documentation.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and ongoing promotions.
Locate parts from stock and through manufacturer and aftermarket sources.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Parts/Service Advisor or in a related automotive role preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
Excellent communication, relationship building and customer service skills.
Proficiency with parts/service systems and inventory software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
Strong computer and analytical skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Chrysler experience an asset but not required.
