We are currently looking for a Parts Operations Specialist (Contract, 12 months) at our Corporate Offices in Ajax, ON

Drive Sales of Audi Genuine Accessories through the execution of sales programs and marketing initiatives through both Dealer Installed and Port Installed channels. Keep AUDI Headquarters apprised of the Accessories business in Canada and ensure Audi Canada is pursuing all opportunities for Accessory sales growth through the timely launch of new products. Ensure the online presence of Audi Accessories is accurate and comprehensive and support the dealer network with timely responses to queries regarding accessories.

Support our dealer network in maximizing their profit opportunities by offering a portfolio of genuine accessories that complement the sale of each new and used vehicle. Through the development and monitoring of different sales channels, this position will seek to maximize sales opportunities and ensure that accessory objectives are consistently met.

**This is a flex hybrid model, requiring 2 days in the Ajax office**

Primary Responsibilities:

Drive Sales of Audi Genuine Accessories through the Port Installed channel.

Ensure proper stocking levels for Port Installation accessories to maximize throughput efficiencies.

Responsible for the timely launch of new products and development of accessories business.

Provide intelligence and analysis of current performance and suggest areas for improvement

Ensure the online presence of Audi Accessories is accurate and comprehensive and support the dealer network with timely responses to queries regarding accessories.

Centralized coordination of Business Intelligence and KPI monitoring

Develop POS to support winter season sales and additional initiatives as required

Renew universal accessory brochures on a yearly basis

Coordinate After Sales Scorecard maintenance

Manage Boutique Program

Parts and Accessory Coop Administration

Accessories Content management for Audi.ca (configurator)

Tire Wizard Content Management

Accessories Content Management for Accessories.ca (Simplepart)

Weekly communication and coordination with AUDI Headquarters for Accessories

Manage all dealer communications from Audi Parts

Facilitate the Accessorization of vehicles for other departments for customer and dealer facing events (Auto shows, dealer training, driving experience, etc.)

Coordinate Audi Genuine Accessories (AGA) Field Vehicle accessory program

Respond to dealer inquiries for Audi parts concerns in timely manner

Qualifications

What we're asking for:

Coordinate After Sales Scorecard maintenance

2+ years of retail or Corporate Automotive Business Experience/ Experience in Digital Advertising and Marketing would be an asset

A great attitude and proven ability to be an effective business partner, leader, and collaborator

Proven success in partnering at all levels of the organization, with ability to negotiate and influence to achieve results

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Demonstrated analytical thinking skills

Process oriented

Ability to work in a team environment and work independently.

Detail oriented; good organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS Project

Experience with SAP Software would be an asset

Drive Sales of Audi Genuine Accessories through the Port Installed channel.
