We recently launched renters insurance and continue to rapidly expand our product offering. The Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for the administrative support and event management for the Property Management Partnerships team. This role will report directly into the Director of Business Development.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Property Management Partnerships event calendar, coordinate with vendors and event organizers.
  • Organize team professional events, socials, team off-sites, partner events, meetings with clients, etc.
  • Support Sales team projects, and manage the progress of the resulting action items and to-dos
  • Liaise and build relationships with leaders across all APOLLO teams
  • Create reports and ROI for events, prospecting and administrative aspects for the partnerships team
  • Attend trade conferences and events to prospect new partnerships
  • Assist with sending and receiving mail and courier packages to support event attendance
  • Other duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a sales environment and managing external relationships
  • Experience working with Property Managers and the Insurance industry an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Customer service, interpersonal, teamwork, analytical skills and detail oriented.
  • Creative and solution-oriented
  • Entrepreneurial spirit that takes ownership of their work.

This position will be based in Vancouver and require approximately 15-20% travel across Canada.
