Premiere Moisson est presentement a la recherche d'un Partenaire Sante, Securite & Environnement relevant du Directeur ressources humaines et desirant supporter nos deux (2) usines a titre de Preventiste.
Le Partenaire Sante, Securite et Environnement est responsable du systeme de gestion de la sante et de la securite du travail. Il devra implanter divers programmes et plan d'action en lien avec la SST, promouvoir une culture en matiere de prevention de la sante et de la securite du travail. Il pourrait conseiller les differents intervenants dans la gestion administrative des dossiers.
Il devra etre sur le terrain afin d'influencer et orienter les gestionnaires et les travailleurs a developper des reflexes et des attitudes positives en matiere de sante et securite au travail.
Principales responsabilites:
Volet Prevention (environ 75%)
Participer a l'elaboration, la mise en oeuvre, l'evaluation et l'amelioration des programmes, initiatives et activites en sante et securite au travail (SST) pour les usines.
Developper et deployer les procedures SST afin de standardiser et d'optimiser les pratiques en usine.
Assurer une presence active sur les differents planchers de production pour soutenir, coacher et promouvoir la SST, notamment par des echanges, inspections et audits.
Collaborer avec les collegues et parties prenantes pour maintenir et ameliorer la performance de l'entreprise en SST, et contribuer a l'etablissement des objectifs annuels en sante et securite.
Promouvoir et encadrer des activites de prevention aupres des employes.
Coordonner les rencontres et activites des comites SST pour les deux usines.
Developper et ameliorer les formations internes de l'entreprise afin de renforcer les competences SST des employes.
Planifier et coordonner les formations externes pour les employes et le management selon les besoins reglementaires et operationnels.
Coordonner l'intervention de specialistes pour analyser l'environnement de travail (qualite de l'air, niveau de bruit, eclairage, contraintes thermiques, etc.).
Concevoir des plans d'inspection et d'audits, realiser des audits preventifs et collaborer avec les auditeurs externes.
Piloter les actions SST des deux usines en collaboration avec les acteurs des differents services.
Piloter et maintenir le programme de cadenassage pour assurer la securite des interventions sur equipements et machines.
Identifier les dangers en milieu de travail, evaluer leur niveau de risque et etablir les priorites d'action selon les risques identifies.
Realiser divers projets SST bases sur les constats issus des analyses de risques.
Agir a titre de conseiller au besoin, pour faire des representations aupres de differentes instances gouvernementales ; CNESST, TAT, etc;
Encadrer/supporter la gestion des accidents du travail et implanter les bonnes pratiques;
Piloter le processus de gestion des accidents, analyse et mettre l'emphase sur l'identification des causes et des actions correctives efficaces;
Evaluer la performance de l'entreprise en SST. Produire et presenter diverses statistiques et indicateurs de performance en SST au comite de direction;
Etres responsables d'autres projets SST qui pourrait ameliorer la securite de l'entreprise.
Experiences & Competences :
Baccalaureat en RH ou Certificat en sante et securite du travail ou domaine connexe;
3 a 5 ans d'experience dans un milieu manufacturier syndique ou relie a l'emploi;
Bonne connaissance des differents regimes SST au Quebec;
Avoir mis en place un plan d'action SST incluant un programme de prevention;
Bonne comprehension des risques et moyens de controle lies au travail en milieu de production;
Membre de l'Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agrees (atout)
Excellent francais (parle et ecrit);
Connaissances en informatiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, logiciel de messagerie);
Detenir un permis de conduire valide pour se deplacer;
Habiletes relationnelles et de communication (tact, diplomatie, ecoute);
Capacite de coaching et d'influence;

reporting to the Director of Human Resources, who will support our two (2) factories as a
Preventive Specialist
.
The
Health, Safety & Environment Partner
is responsible for the work health and safety management system. They will implement various programs and action plans related to health and safety at work, promote a culture of workplace health and safety prevention, and advise different stakeholders in the administrative management of files.
The position requires an on-the-ground presence to influence and guide managers and workers in developing positive reflexes and attitudes regarding workplace health and safety.
Main Responsibilities:Prevention (approx. 75%)
Participate in the development, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of health and safety programs, initiatives, and activities for the factories.
Develop and deploy health and safety procedures to standardize and optimize practices in the factory.
Ensure an active presence on the production floors to support, coach, and promote health and safety, including through interactions, inspections, and audits.
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to maintain and improve the company's performance in health and safety, and contribute to setting annual health and safety goals.
Promote and oversee prevention activities among employees.
Coordinate meetings and activities for the health and safety committees at both factories.
Develop and improve internal training programs to strengthen employees' health and safety competencies.
Plan and coordinate external training for employees and management based on regulatory and operational needs.
Coordinate the involvement of specialists to analyze the work environment (air quality, noise levels, lighting, thermal constraints, etc.).
Design inspection and audit plans, perform preventive audits, and collaborate with external auditors.
Lead health and safety initiatives at both factories in collaboration with various departments.
Manage and maintain the lockout/tagout program to ensure safety during equipment and machine interventions.
Identify workplace hazards, assess their risk level, and prioritize actions based on the identified risks.
Execute various health and safety projects based on findings from risk analyses.
Act as an advisor when needed, representing the company with various government bodies (CNESST, TAT, etc.).
Guide/support the management of workplace accidents and implement best practices.
Lead the accident management process, analyzing and focusing on identifying causes and effective corrective actions.
Evaluate the company's performance in health and safety. Produce and present various statistics and performance indicators to the management committee.
Be responsible for other health and safety projects that may improve workplace safety.
Experience & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in a unionized manufacturing environment or related employment.
Good knowledge of the various health and safety regimes in Quebec.
Experience implementing a health and safety action plan, including a prevention program.
Good understanding of the risks and control measures related to working in a production environment.
Member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors (an asset).
Excellent proficiency in French (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email software).
Valid driver's license for travel between sites.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (tact, diplomacy, listening).
