L'opportunite




Le/la Partenaire d'Affaires Finance joue un role strategique dans l'amelioration de la performance financiere et l'alignement entre l'execution operationnelle et les priorites d'affaires de Medicom Amerique du Nord. Veritable partenaire d'affaires, il/elle collabore avec les leaders des differents segments pour transformer les donnees financieres en insights concrets, challenger les hypotheses et soutenir la prise de decision strategique.


Ce role couvre la planification financiere, l'analyse des ecarts, la gestion des couts, les previsions, les investissements et le soutien des initiatives de croissance.


Ce que vous ferez




Partenariat d'affaires et soutien a la decision


Agir comme contact financier principal pour les leaders de segment. Developper des relations transversales avec Ventes, Operations, Chaine d'approvisionnement, Marketing. Fournir des analyses sur les prix, marges, volumes et couts. Soutenir les business cases, strategies de prix, programmes de rabais et propositions d'investissement. Realiser des analyses de scenarios et d'evaluation de risques.

Planification et previsions financieres


Diriger le budget annuel et les previsions mensuelles. Construire et maintenir des modeles financiers (revenus, marges, couts d'exploitation). Collaborer avec Sales Ops, Controleurs d'usine et Comptabilite pour aligner ventes, inventaire et operations. Assurer la qualite et l'exactitude des donnees dans les rapports et tableaux de bord.
Suivi de performance et rapports


Developper et maintenir des tableaux de bord KPI (Power BI). Suivre la performance financiere (croissance, marges, SG&A, fonds de roulement). Preparer des rapports mensuels/trimestriels avec recommandations. Traduire les resultats financiers en insights exploitables. Assurer la gouvernance, l'integrite et la coherence des donnees avec les resultats consolides.

Ad hoc et amelioration continue


Effectuer des analyses ponctuelles selon les besoins. Automatiser les rapports et ameliorer la precision des previsions. Contribuer aux projets de transformation finance. Renforcer la litteratie financiere des gestionnaires non-financiers.

Ce que vous apportez



Baccalaureat en finance, comptabilite, economie ou equivalent (CPA/CMA/MBA un atout). 8-10 ans d'experience progressive en FP&A ou business partnering. Experience en environnement manufacturier, sante ou distribution. Solide comprehension des couts standards, processus de production, inventaire et modeles de vente. Capacite a influencer des leaders et a soutenir la prise de decision. Excellentes competences en modelisation et analyse; maitrise ERP et Power BI. Capacite a vulgariser l'information financiere. Bilinguisme (francais/anglais) preferable. Excellente gestion des priorites dans un environnement rapide et complexe.

The Opportunity



The Finance Business Partner plays a strategic role in driving financial performance and aligning operational execution with Medicom's North American business priorities. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role works closely with segment leaders to turn financial data into actionable insights, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include financial planning, forecasting, variance and cost analysis, capital planning, and decision support for growth initiatives.


What You Will Do




Business Partnership & Decision Support

Act as the primary finance contact for segment leadership. Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing. Provide insights on pricing, margins, volume, and cost. Support business cases, pricing strategies, rebate programs, and investment proposals. Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments.
Financial Planning & Forecasting

Lead annual budget and monthly forecast process. Build financial models (revenue, gross margin, operating costs). Partner with Sales Ops, Plant Controllers, and Accounting to align sales, inventory, and operations. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and dashboards.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (Power BI). Track revenue growth, margin trends, SG&A efficiency, working capital. Prepare clear monthly and quarterly business performance reports with recommendations. Translate financial results into meaningful insights. Ensure governance, consistency, and alignment with consolidated results.
Ad Hoc & Continuous Improvement


Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed. Leverage tools (ERP, Power BI, Excel) to automate reporting and improve forecast accuracy. Contribute to finance transformation projects. Enhance financial literacy across the business.

What You Bring



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA/CMA/MBA preferred). 8-10 years of progressive FP&A or business partnering experience. Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or distribution. Strong understanding of standard costing, production processes, inventory valuation, and sales models. Proven ability to influence senior leaders. Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills; ERP and Power BI proficiency. Strong communication skills and ability to simplify financial concepts. Bilingual (English/French) preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
